Meditation for Children 5 – 12 yrs

    

     Meditation Recommended for ages 5-12yrs of age

           Parents- Invited to stay

 Meditation is an important part of learning for   children. They learn to relax and calm the mind and it helps them to connect to more peace and tranquillity within themselves. 

Children do not always know what they are feeling, or why they are reacting the way they are to some certain situations or circumstances.

 

This hour will help your child to be able to

  • Calm the mind  
  • Realise when they are feeling emotionally stressed or upset
  • Help control and recognise when they need to take time to out and stop.
  • Be able to change their mindset, take control of their emotions and feel better
  • Or simply take time out from thinking.
  • Use meditation as a tool on a regular basis for themselves
  • Learn journaling and expressing emotion on paper (Drawing or Writing) PLEASE BRING A JOURNAL OR BOOK  AND PENCIL OR PENCILS FOR EACH CHILD to use for themselves.
  • During the process a crystal will be held and encourage healing

(Crystals will be supplied during the hr for usage and returned at end of session)

 

Meditation for teen’s 13 -17yrs

   Meditation Recommended for ages 13-17yrs of age

      Cost - $10.00 per child

 Meditation is an important habit for teens to learn. They learn to relax and calm the mind and it helps them to connect to more peace and tranquillity within themselves. 

It is sometimes a hard time growing up into adulthood.Teens have a variety of challenges and changes to adapt to, this may be hormonal, lifestyle changes , friendships and study and many more.

This hour will help your teen to be able to

  • Calm the mind 
  • Realise when they are feeling emotionally stressed or upset
  • Help control and recognise when they need to take time to out and stop.
