CONFIRMATION OF ORDER All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by NatureSecrets hair, health and beauty products. NatureSecrets hair, health and beauty products reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

PAYMENT NatureSecrets hair, health and beauty products is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. Goods will be dispached within 7 - 14 days on, after payment is made and approved. In the event of the requested goods or part of being unavailable all goods will be dispached when total of goods are available, a delay in delivery will may also occur. All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.

RETURN POLICY In the case of a product being delivered damaged, return notification must be made within 24hrs.A replacement will be sent if we recieve notification within 24hrs. Please  contact us
