DAILY ROUTINE: Morning and night, dilute a small amount (size of a pea) of your cleanser with water and cleanse over your face and neck. A little more cleanser may be needed to remove heavy eye makeup (the best cleanser to use on the eye area is Be fresh skin cleanser). Remove with water. Use your face washer to remove any excess cleanser and pat your skin dry. Spritz your skin with the toner, patting into the skin, letting your skin enjoy the hydration. If very dry, repeat this step again. Apply a small amount of moisturiser on your finger tips and apply over your skin of the face and neck.

WEEKLY ROUTINE: Choosing a set day each week, take the time to cleanse as above, followed by using the S.K.I.N. fresh facial exfoliant for about a minute, before applying the facial mask. Leave for 5-10 minutes, remove with warm water, spritz the skin with the toner, and apply your moisturiser and any other special treatment products that have been recommended for you.
